Attorneys for Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday urged a Brooklyn federal judge to rule against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn's motion for a preliminary injunction, arguing that Cuomo is allowed to limit attendance at houses of worship in the interest of public health.
