Attorneys for President Donald Trump on Tuesday filed an emergency application for a stay in the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the court to block enforcement of Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.'s subpoena for his financial records until it has ruled on his petition for a writ of certiorari.
