Ousted Fox News host Ed Henry on Monday moved to dismiss a lawsuit from a former producer at the network who accused him of “forcefully” raping her in a Midtown Manhattan hotel room in 2017.

Henry’s filing in Manhattan federal court accused the former producer, Jennifer Eckhart, of trying to paint a “false and libelous narrative of what was clearly a consensual relationship” in her July 20 complaint, which also targeted the network and some of its top on-air personalities over an alleged culture of pervasive sexual harassment and misconduct.
