On February 29, 2020, in his sixtieth year as a practicing attorney, Michael Bamberger celebrated his 21st birthday. This paradox may explain why Michael approaches every legal issue both with the knowledge and wisdom gained from decades of practice and with eyes as fresh and enthusiastic as a newly-admitted attorney.

Michael is often the smartest person in the room, but he is also likely to be the most self-effacing. He is a trusted counselor because he listens to and understands clients. As an advocate, he uses his meticulous work and keen legal analysis to vanquish an opponent's position, but he never seeks to diminish anyone. He is a cherished mentor because he does not dictate what a mentee should do, but instead provides guidance and support that helps mentees become, not to be made into, better lawyers and better people.
