What advice would you give to young lawyers?

Always be open to opportunities that might be challenging or new to you. Demonstrating that you are adaptable and eager to dive into the issues can help to position yourself as a go-to resource for clients facing difficult issues.  Remember that every client and problem is unique, and thinking creatively about ways to solve issues is not only a valuable skill but a necessary one.
