Practice Profile: Mok's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, counseling and due diligence, and spans a range of areas including wireless communications, semiconductor technology, automotive technology, financial services, software, and medical devices. He has represented clients in high-stakes cases before federal courts throughout the country and at the International Trade Commission. Outside of litigation, his counseling and due diligence services for clients include patent risk analysis and other advice to support business decisions on intellectual property.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Mok devotes substantial time to pro bono and community work, handling cases with the Urban Justice Center, the Legal Aid Society (NY) and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He is serving his third term as co-chair of the Intellectual Property Committee at the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY), and regularly mentors law students and young lawyers through his work with AABANY.
