Practice Profile: Jennifer Banner Sobers is an associate in the New York office of Pomerantz LLP and focuses her practice on securities fraud litigation, playing an integral role in the firm's representation of plaintiffs in multi-billion-dollar securities class actions, including, among other instrumental roles, having served as the sole manager of all third-party discovery for In re Petrobras Securities, the class action against Brazil's largest oil company that led to a historic $3 billion settlement. She is currently leading her own case at Pomerantz and plays an instrumental role in several of the firm's other cases, including drafting complaints and dispositive motions, taking depositions, and presenting oral argument. She is known not only for her expertise, intelligence, and dedication, but also for her exemplary moral compass and the example she sets for all.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: An advocate of pro bono representation, Jennifer earned the Empire State Counsel honorary designation from the New York State Bar Association and received an award from New York Lawyers for the Public Interest for her pro bono work.
