What advice would you give to young lawyers? Never underestimate the importance of good mentors and take an active role in creating and maintaining those relationships.  Mentoring is a two way street so don't sit back and wait for it to happen; your job as a mentee is to help make it seamless and equally beneficial for your mentor while availing yourself of your mentor's knowledge and guidance.
