Practice Profile: Leah Godesky is a trial lawyer who represents clients across an array of industries, including insurance, entertainment, securities, and pharmaceuticals. Her litigation experience spans a variety of forums, including federal and state-court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory investigations. Leah works diligently to provide clients with favorable results in challenging and time-sensitive circumstances.

Leah also maintains an active pro bono docket. For example, she is currently serving as co-counsel with the ACLU for Kentucky physicians asserting a constitutional challenge to a state statute.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: As co-counsel with the ACLU's Reproductive Freedom Project, Planned Parenthood, and the Center for Reproductive Rights, Leah leads O'Melveny's representation of abortion providers in Kentucky, Arkansas, and Virginia, fighting against strict anti-abortion legislation. She also co-chairs O'Melveny's New York Women's Employee Network, an office-wide committee focused on creating opportunities for women to motivate one another and advance their careers.
