Practice Profile: Sasha Rosenthal‑Larrea represents financial institutions and corporate clients in investment grade and high‑yield debt offerings and leveraged acquisition finance and syndicated loans.

Recent matters include representing Alliance Laundry Systems in its $1.15 billion of credit facilities; Morgan Stanley in $765 million of credit facilities provided to KKR affiliate The Bay Club; and Credit Suisse in $745 million and $725 million of credit facilities provided to Upstream Rehabilitation and Sorenson Communications, respectively.  Sasha has also represented the underwriters or initial purchasers in debt and/or equity offerings of TransDigm, Mattamy, Sabra Health Care, Shea Homes and William Lyon Homes.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Sasha is Cravath's 2020 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow.  She is a Partner Liaison for Cravath's Hispanic/Latinx Affinity Group and is actively involved in the Firm's LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, Women's Initiative and Diversity Committee.  Sasha is currently working with Volunteers of Legal Service to address the need of those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  She is leading the Cravath team providing Period Equity with state-by-state research and strategic advice with respect to challenging the sales tax on menstrual products.
