The killing of the Kentucky woman Breonna Taylor in the execution of a search warrant has triggered a call for reform of search warrant procedures. Most of the focus for reform has currently centered on the "no-knock" nature of the warrant; the surprise invasion of Ms. Taylor's residence by local police as part of a drug investigation led to her shooting and death. Louisville has since passed "Breonna's Law" banning "no-knock" search warrants.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
