New York Court of Appeals Judge Leslie Stein is planning to retire in June 2021, the state's highest court announced late Monday evening.
A message on the website for the state's Court of Appeals says Stein formally let Chief Judge Janet DiFiore know about her intent to retire in a letter that was dated Monday.
