The New York State Commission on Judicial Nomination plans to host a meeting to "demystify" the selection process for judges of the New York state Court of Appeals as it seeks candidates to fill Associate Judge Leslie Stein's seat in 2021.
The information session will be held on Zoom from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 20, according to a news release.
