Skretny of the Western District of New York, came as a win for independent energy supply company Just Energy and its attorneys from Boies Schiller Flexner and Bond, Schoeneck & King, who had argued in court filings that the case was a “lawyer-driven” suit deficient in merit on its claims for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
