The dust has finally begun to settle—it always does.

For nearly a month since Election Day, the President’s lawyers lost virtually every courtroom battle they initiated around the country. This in the face of the strident (and reckless) conspiracy claims made by Rudy Giuliani and the President’s lesser-light lawyers who were willing to go for broke in the public space where they simply didn’t allow their claims to be challenged (“Just wait ‘til we get to court”).
