As President Donald Trump considers granting pardons and commuting sentences in the final month of his administration, a large group of former judges and U.S. attorneys—including Michael Mukasey, former U.S. attorney general and Southern District of New York judge—requested clemency for a woman they say received an unreasonably long sentence in Texas.
