A New York state lawmaker has introduced a bill that, if passed and signed into law, would lead to a coronavirus vaccination mandate.

The proposal, which was introduced last week and is sponsored by Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal, D-Manhattan, comes weeks after the New York State Bar Association approved a resolution urging New York to consider mandating a coronavirus vaccine, under certain conditions.
