New York County Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron on Tuesday ruled in favor of New York Attorney General Letitia James, increasing discovery required of the Trump Organization in a dispute over privilege in her ongoing investigation of the business, including the development of the Seven Springs property in Westchester.

Lawyers in the AG’s office filed a motion for leave to reargue in November after Engoron found that the defendants in the case could withhold some communications involving engineer Ralph Mastromonaco, who worked on plans for Seven Springs.
