While the coronavirus pandemic has presented countless challenges for the courts and the legal industry, several New York City-based attorneys agreed this month that the growth of remote work in 2020 has also had some advantages.

Even though lawyers are eager to see their colleagues and clients again and go to court in real life when they can do so safely, they predict that many status conferences and even some hearings will be held virtually after the pandemic.
