Roberts Names Brooklyn Federal Judge Mauskopf to Be Director of Administrative Office of US Courts
In the Eastern District of New York, U.S. District Judge Margo Brodie is set to become chief judge upon Mauskopf's departure. Brodie will be the Eastern District's first Black chief judge.

U.S. District Chief Judge Roslynn Mauskopf of the Eastern District of New York will leave Brooklyn to become director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, effective Feb. 1, Chief Justice John Roberts Jr., announced Tuesday.
