The third-term governor touched on his legislative priorities, stressed the importance of quickly vaccinating the state's population and leaned on wartime rhetoric in describing the state's fight against the deadly virus.
The Democrat reaffirmed his support for legalizing recreational marijuana, described his effort to spark policing reforms at the local level and pointed to his support for enabling mobile sports betting.
