A lawsuit launched by an expelled Jewish member of the Harvard Club of New York City, who claims she was assaulted and slandered, and caught in a "mob-like" atmosphere, while attending a Palestinian-focused lecture at the club, continues to produce a raft of filings and orders in state court, including a recent denial of a restraining-order request aimed at noted lawyer Stephen Younger.
