Legal aid organizations issued a letter to Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday and lambasted the state for providing "no plan whatsoever" for when prisoners will get a green light to receive vaccine shots. The advocates suggested they might initiate a lawsuit to secure vaccines for incarcerated persons.
