We can't.
If we ever could have eliminated it, that day is past. The Internet grants every hate monger a pulpit. Every hater with Internet access can publish virtually anything he wants to say. And he can communicate it to the whole world. Literally!
Before his tongue was essentially circumcised by Facebook and Twitter, Donald Trump could, and would, say everything he wanted to say worldwide. He still can. It might be more difficult without those platforms, but he can easily create his own website and many millions would still follow him. He's probably working on that already, and we'll likely see it the day after his Senate acquittal. He'll tell us that morning at 6 am about the haters who "framed" him to initiate what will be his daily screed.
