On Tuesday, Feb. 23, Nassau County Administrative Judge Norman St. George honored Hector Herrera, Nassau County Bar Association's building manager, with a Special Recognition Award for his "dedication to excellence" and tireless commitment to the Nassau County courts and the legal community for facilitating joint legal and social events hosted by the NCBA and the courts.
