President Joe Biden will likely look to New York's deep bench of experienced federal judges in the coming weeks to fill at least one of two vacancies on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, experts said, after two members of the Manhattan-based appeals court announced that they would be taking senior status.
