Alexis Cirel Joins Warshaw Burstein as Partner in Firm's New Fertility Law Group
And other announcements of recent hirings and promotions of New York attorneys.

- Family Law attorney Alexis Cirel has joined Warshaw Burstein as a partner and member of the firm's newly launched fertility law group. She was previously a partner at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas.
- Seyfarth has added partner Talat Ansari to its litigation department. He was most recently a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren, where he focused his practice on international arbitration and led its India practice group.
- Santiago Bejarano has joined Latham & Watkins as counsel in the firm's international arbitration practice. He joins from WilmerHale.
- King & Spalding has added Russell Sacks as a partner in the firm's corporate, finance and investments practice group. He joins from Shearman & Sterling.
- Nixon Peabody has promoted Tara Daub to practice group leader of the firm's labor & employment group. In addition, the firm has promoted David Tauster, Julia Casteleiro, Abby Patterson, Michael Webb and Erik Goergen to counsel in New York.
- Skarzynski Marick & Black has hired Cheryl Vollweiler as a partner. The firm also elevated Rebecca Amdursky and Sarah Voutyras to its partnership.
- Otterbourg P.C. has named Thomas Duignan co-chair of the firm's finance department. In addition, Erik Weinick and Chad Simon were promoted to members.
- David Pentlow has joined Kleinberg Kaplan in New York as senior counsel. He arrives from Ellenoff Grossman & Schole.
- Akerman has appointedRandy Eckers as chair of the firm's real estate finance practice in New York. He succeeds Alan Cohen.
- O'Melveny has named Apalla Chopra and Eric Richards as co-chairs of its litigation and corporate departments, respectively. In addition, partners Molly Lens, Irwin Raij, and Amy Siegel were named to lead the firm's entertainment, sports and media industry group. The firm has also created a second vice chair position which will be held by Daniel Petrocelli who joins Mark Samuels in that role.
- Loeb & Loeb has hired Nicole Fenton as a partner in its real estate department. She joins from Eversheds Sutherland, where she was also a partner.
- Phillips Nizer has added matrimonial and family law partner Louis Gerber in their New York and New Jersey offices. He joins from Kantrowitz, Goldhammer & Graifman.
- Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel has elected Darren Marks, Carlos Perez-Hall, Jeffrey Seiden and Gregory Vail to the firm's board of directors. Zachary Cohen, Brandon James and Joshua Nadelbach have been named partners. Christopher Dylewski has joined the firm as an associate and Robin Bernstein has joined the firm as of counsel.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
