The New York state attorney general’s office has sent a document retention request to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office in relation to the investigation into sexual harassment claims against the third-term governor.

The embattled Democrat is aiming to weather a scandal that involves allegations from three different women who say he acted inappropriately toward them. Two of the women are former aides to Cuomo and have accused him of sexual harassment.
