Retired New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division Justice O. Peter Sherwood is moving into a new role as senior counsel for Manhattan-based business litigation boutique Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer.
Sherwood, 76, retired from the Commercial Division in February after 13 years on the bench and with time remaining in his third, two-year certification period.
