Judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Monday questioned the conditions of Ghislaine Maxwell's detainment at a Brooklyn jail, as the accused accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein tried for the third time to be released ahead of her planned trial later this year on criminal sex-trafficking charges.
