Three candidates for New York’s top court have received a “not recommended” rating from the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
The organization of criminal defense attorneys handed out its lowest rating to Court of Appeals candidates Ellen Nachtigall Biben, Madeline Singas and Kathy Hirata Chin.
