Evan Greebel, the former attorney for imprisoned “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli who himself served time for his conviction on federal conspiracy charges, has resigned from practice,  according to an order the Appellate Division, Second Department handed down Wednesday.

Greebel, 47, was under investigation by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District regarding his Dec. 27, 2017, conviction on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud when he submitted an application to resign, the order states.
