President Joe Biden early Wednesday announced six more judicial nominees, including three current or former public defenders for seats on federal appeals courts.

Biden selected Chief Judge Gustavo A. Gelpí Jr. of the District of Puerto Rico to sit on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
