Albert Togut, founder of Togut, Segal & Segal, has been named interim trustee in the involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy of real estate attorney Mitchell Kossoff's law firm, according to documents filed Wednesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
