Harris Beach partner Wendy A. Kinsella will be the Northern District of New York's newest bankruptcy judge, Chief Judge Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit announced Monday.
Kinsella, who succeeds U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, will take the bench in a private ceremony on June 7. She will serve in Syracuse.
