Plaintiffs litigation firm Wigdor is not opting for a slow, phased-in office return. Instead, the boutique is calling all lawyers and employees back for a normal, five-day workweek in July.

New York-based Wigdor told employees they will return to the office “full time and permanently” by July 6, according to a firm memo on Monday obtained by Law.com. The memo from founding partner Douglas Wigdor on Monday noted the speed of vaccine distribution in the U.S., as well as updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, has made such a move possible.
