Gov. Andrew Cuomo is nominating Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas and Administrative Judge Anthony Cannataro for New York’s top court.

Cannataro, 55, is the citywide administrative judge for the civil court of New York City. Voters picked him for the state Supreme Court in 2017 and he was elected in 2011 to the New York City civil court, according to his biography.
