Todd Bank, the Queens-based attorney who was physically removed from oral arguments at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2019, argued before the court for the first time Friday since he was publicly reprimanded for engaging in “discourteous conduct.”

The arguments, which were held remotely before a three-judge panel of the Manhattan-based appeals court, were decidedly more tame than the viral 2019 blow-up that landed him in disciplinary trouble with a Second Circuit grievance panel and, possibly, state ethics bodies, as well.
