Rudy Giuliani and federal prosecutors have agreed on the appointment of Barbara Jones, a retired judge turned partner with Bracewell, to conduct a privilege review of materials seized from Giuliani's home and office during an early morning raid in April, according to a letter filed with the court late Thursday night.
