Attorneys for two companies accused of failing to provide full access to visually impaired consumers on their websites logged appearances this week in Manhattan federal court, which has quickly become a preferred battleground for litigating the growing, and disputed, area of civil rights law.

The attorneys, from Dentons and Thompson Hine, are representing Rael Inc. and Fetch! Pet Care, which were sued separately in April for allegedly violating the Americans With Disabilities Act.
