The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has announced that it will continue livestreaming oral arguments online when the court resumes in-person arguments at the start of its next term Aug. 16.

The move, which retains a popular and successful feature of the court’s shift to remote operations during the pandemic, came as federal appeals courts across the country are starting to roll out their plans for reopening their facilities to attorneys and the public.
