- Former HBO senior vice president for legal affairs, Meeka Bondy, has joined Perkins Coie as a senior counsel in the technology transactions & privacy practice.
- Jeffrey Shah has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in the firm's private equity bench. He was previously with Vinson & Elkins.
- Mayer Brown has added investment fund partners Marina Besignano, Tim Clark and Javier Fierro to the firm's corporate & securities practice. Besignano joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Clark joins from Dechert, and Fierro joins from Sidley Austin.
- Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone has added Raju Sundaran as a partner in the trusts & estates and guardianship law practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, he was senior counsel for the New York City Law Department. In addition, the firm has promoted Brian McCarthy to partner.
- Abraham (Avi) Reshtick has joined Kramer Levin as a partner in the firm's tax practice and co-chair of its Israel practice. Prior to joining, he was a member and co-chair of the Israel practice at Mintz, Levin, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo.
- David Lesser has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the firm's trial and global disputes practice group. He joins from WilmerHale.
- Constantine "Gus" Petropoulos has joined Hughes Hubbard as a corporate partner. He was formerly senior vice president and general counsel of Park Aerospace Corp.
- Norton Rose Fulbright has added Stephen Aschettino as a partner and US Head of FinTech. He joins from Reed Smith, where he led that firm's payments technology team and was a member of its FinTech practice.
- Joshua Soloway has joined Moses & Singer as a partner in the firm's corporate practice group. He joins from Barton.
- Gregory Ruback has joined Schulte Roth & Zabel as a partner in the finance & derivatives group. He joins from DLA Piper, where he was a partner in that firm's finance group.
- Intellectual property litigator Wendy Stein has joined Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi as a member. She was formerly with Gibbons.
- George Rudoy has joined the public accounting, consulting and technology firm Crowe as a principal in its advisory services group.
- Debevoise & Plimpton has named Zhiyan Cao (mergers & acquisitions), Andrew Gershon (investment management) and Caroline Swett (financial institutions and banking) as counsel to the firm.
- The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers has nominated Leigh Baseheart Kahn, partner at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas, as national second vice president of the organization.
- The BSE Global Legal Department has added Wendy Li as associate counsel. She joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice group.
