  • Jeffrey Shah has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in the firm's private equity bench. He was previously with Vinson & Elkins.
  • Mayer Brown has added investment fund partners Marina Besignano, Tim Clark and Javier Fierro to the firm's corporate & securities practice. Besignano joins from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Clark joins from Dechert, and Fierro joins from Sidley Austin.
