Ed Henry, the former Fox News personality who was fired from the network over allegations of sexual misconduct, has sued NPR, CNN and their on-air media reporters, claiming they repeated false claims about the reasons behind his ouster.

The defamation suit, filed Thursday in Manhattan federal court, came as Henry, a former White House correspondent and co-host of “America’s Newsroom,” also took aim at Fox News and CEO Suzanne Scott with a similar filing in New Jersey.
