Pomerantz LLP filed a securities class action Wednesday in New York Southern District Court against solar energy company Array Technologies and other defendants. The complaint alleges the defendants failed to disclose to the market the negative business impact of rising materials costs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
