A Westchester County event venue has shelled out $427,000 in refunds to consumers who placed deposits for events that were called off due to the coronavirus pandemic, New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office announced Wednesday. 

The state attorney general’s office says they negotiated with Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle to get restitution for a total of 76 consumers who paid deposits.
