Former NYS Supreme Court Justice Matthew Rosenbaum Ex-Judge Accused in Federal Lawsuit of Rape, Dozens of Acts of Sexual Abuse Against Secretary
In 2006 alone, he compelled the secretary to give him oral sex "on at least thirty separate occasions," according to the lawsuit, which alleged that each instance took place in Rosenbaum's judicial chambers. The secretary was forced to perform oral sex on the judge between 2005 and 2009, the litigation alleges.

A secretary to former New York state Supreme Court Justice Matthew Rosenbaum accused him of rape and a litany of other sexual abuse in a federal lawsuit last week, saying in a civil complaint that he forced her to perform oral sex at least 70 different times inside his judicial chambers.
