A secretary to former New York state Supreme Court Justice Matthew Rosenbaum accused him of rape and a litany of other sexual abuse in a federal lawsuit last week, saying in a civil complaint that he forced her to perform oral sex at least 70 different times inside his judicial chambers.

The allegations come more than a year and a half after Rosenbaum agreed to never accept a judicial post again after being informed that he was under investigation by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct for creating a hostile workplace environment.
