Something smells sour about Swedish oat milk producer Oatly's representations about its financial health, an investor alleges in a lawsuit filed in federal court.
Pomerantz LLP filed a securities class action Friday in New York Southern District Court against Swedish oatmilk company Oatly Group AB and several senior officers and directors. The lawsuit contends that Oatly misled U.S. investors regarding the company's financial health, its growth in China and its sustainability practices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-06485, Bentley v. Oatly Group AB et al.
