Martin S. Krezalek of Blank Rome has entered an appearance for Chinese telecom company and technology manufacturer ZTE (TX) Inc. and ZTE (USA) Inc. in a pending personal injury lawsuit. The action, which accuses ZTE of assisting terrorists in Iraq by evading the international sanctions regime, was filed June 22 in New York Eastern District Court by Sparacino law firm on behalf of American service members and civilians, and their families, who were killed or wounded while serving in Iraq between 2011 and 2016. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Carol Bagley Amon, is 1:21-cv-03503, Zobay et al. v. MTN Group Ltd. et al.
