Attorneys at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Sallie Mae Bank to New York Eastern District Court. The complaint, alleging violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the CARES Act, was filed by the Magnozzi Law Firm on behalf of Mark Magnozzi and Victoria Magnozzi. The case is 2:21-cv-04484, Magnozzi et al v. Sallie Mae Bank.
The Magnozzis originally filed their complaint in Suffolk County Supreme Court.
