Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Wednesday in New York Southern District Court on behalf of ArcelorMittal North America Holdings LLC. The complaint takes aim at Essar Global Fund Limited and seeks to enforce a $1.4 billion International Chamber of Commerce arbitral award. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
